JCYoga
Yoga (unity) is a practice for uniting the body mind and soul. At JCYoga we will explore this through meditation, Pranayama (breath control) and Asana (pose) practice. This practice is all about you and is perfect for calming your mind and stretching, strengthening and relaxing the body. At JCYoga we teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with the occasional Yin practice. These classes are suitable for all levels, yoga is available to all bodies with any level of experience, asanas can be adapted for all bodies.
